Founded in North Charleston, SC the vision for Invitto Performance was born on ballfields with execution landing in board rooms. Team Invitto was created, guided by undefeated spirits. We're sales and performance consultants passionate about helping people and organizations reach their full potential.
Our approach uses pragmatic optimism coupled with discipline and a will to succeed at sport, business, and life. The Invitto Team is here to help bridge the gap between technology, the human experience, and performance together.

Bobbi Jo Gonnello | Founder
I'm Bobbi Jo Gonnello, My professional journey contains 23 years of sales and management experience in Retail, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Sports Development. I have a diverse perspective and a wealth of experiences in managing relationships along with project timelines for clients with Global presence.
From ballfields to board rooms, I’ve spent my life journey negotiating the power of sport on the human experience and its benefits to human performance. Athletics helped shape my character, integrity, mindset, and most importantly my heart paving the way to an undefeated spirit.

A self-proclaimed comedian and pragmatic optimist, I bring energy, passion, and purpose to everything I do. I currently hold a B.A. in Communications and am working to complete a M.S. in Organizational & Industrial Psychology - Coaching & Leadership.
